*** Multi-Family Building Lot *** Lot has been previously approved for an 8 unit condo building (same as the building at 2601 Riverridge Court). With an acceptable offer I will provide the building plans and site plans (they will need to be updated to current code). Lot is already cleared saving significant cost. Only condominiums can be built on the lot. Once construction is complete the condominiums must become part of the Hidden Cove regime.
