Melanie Bias is a dynamic individual with a diverse range of entrepreneurial experiences. Having been licensed as a realtor for several years, Melanie is excited to pursue her passion for real estate. She has always been a budding entrepreneur, even starting her first business at the age of 8. Throughout her career, Melanie has demonstrated a passion for creating unique business concepts and has owned and operated various ventures. From wine and book stores in Atlanta to a hospitality consulting firm in Miami, a vineyard in Monticello, and a staging company in Charleston, she continuously strives for excellence and empowerment in all her endeavors.

In addition to her business pursuits, Melanie is also a dedicated mother. She believes that being a mom is both exciting and rewarding, despite the selflessness and at times thankless nature of the role. Melanie considers her most important role to be that of Madison's mom, recognizing the profound impact of motherhood on her own joy and happiness.

Melanie's success as a business owner is evident in her real estate staging business. What initially began as a hobby during maternity leave has now blossomed into a thriving enterprise. Based in Charleston, her staging company has garnered numerous awards, including the prestigious "Best of Houzz" recognition for the past four years. With her expertise, Melanie has successfully staged over $100 million worth of real estate assets.

On a personal level, Melanie hails from Louisville, Kentucky, and has a strong interest in interior design, wine, cooking, and leading a mindful lifestyle. She actively engages with her community and is involved in various organizations. Melanie serves as the co-chair of Mason Preparatory, president of Maclaura Hall POA, and chair of programs at the Women's Business Center. She also volunteers as a troop leader for the RMBC Girls Scouts.
