Jenna Richardson is co-founder of Real Estate House International® (REHI), a boutique luxury real estate company, headquartered in Charleston, SC. Jenna began her career in 2016 as an agent for The Real Estate Firm®. In this role, she developed her strong knowledge of the business and keen eye for undervalued properties, which led to her becoming one of the firm’s top performers. She quickly became a force within the local market with a reputation for always putting the needs of her customers first. Jenna’s organic transition into the industry is a result of her years of experience as a Global Program Manager for Google Inc. where she learned advanced principles of business and project management and servant leadership, which she brings to the REHI brand.

As COO of REHI, she provides a holistic approach to the business fusing a people-first philosophy with a focus on transparency and efficiency. Clients are seamlessly guided through the buying process while simultaneously being educated on each of its phases. Her customer-driven mindset has helped REHI consistently deliver on its value proposition. Jenna’s areas of expertise include residential & luxury sales, property investment, relocations, and older adult customer segments.
